I’ll put aside for the moment that media has done similar things since the beginning.
In my life time the media has been lying about the GOP & it’s candidates\President since Goldwater. (Roughly about the time I became politically aware!)
I don’t it see as any great intellectual achievement simply to be skeptical.
Also I would 1no more cede to you the power to decide “truth\untruth, fact, fiction, factoid, whatever”. Not because I think you’re a bad guy or gal, but because such a power no person or group should have in a free society. (I’ll decide fact, fiction, what-not!). If you’re not bad now such power will make you so!
As the Cronkite-Huntley\Brinkley generations pass the power of the MSM wans. Most Xs-Millenials-etc live on the Internet for better or worse. That’s the battlefield now, Trump plays it well but could do much better. For example keeping the archaic press conferences are a huge mistake! It just creates a stage for people like Acosta. The Internet is a digital gigantic “carnival-sideshow carnival-peepshow yard sale tent revival shouting mob commercial mall” of goods & information. A good percentage of the goods are shoddy and as is a much higher percentage of the information (95%-99%). Its just so big the few commercial & information nuggets are there and golden. Some people aren’t equipped to handle it properly well that’s been true since someone could stand up and demagogue a crowd. I would still prefer to let ordinary people handle it and fail then let some all-seeing all-knowing entity government, private or religious do it for me. I will make my own mistakes, Thank you very much!

“Empire” and the Smollet stuff has top billing on Drudge. Watergate level coverage of a past-tense hoax. If the MSM weren’t trying to distract from treason in high places, Drudge would never feature give top billing to a race-baiting hoax; Smollet would normally be concealed the moment he was exposed as a hoaxer. Just not his day, I guess.

The only sources if you can find them. Everything else is an opinion.
One of my favorite American “Histories” is “The Gangs of New York” (Aside: Note I have seen similar books for New Orleans, Philadelphia & Chicago. Haven’t read them yet and I am sure its different authors!). It’s an extremely colorful & fascinating read. The DiCapro movie only covers a very small part of the book (and not well!) Now my point the author’s source is all newspaper accounts. Which are problematic since we know their exaggerated & fictionalized to make a good story.
So what do you do when that’s all you have? The best you can & filter with common sense.
Not to mention the required 100% validation of everything presented to the FISC as explained by then FBI Director Mueller as he describes the necessity of the Woods Procedures

...Museum director David Ham told the Washington Examiner his staff and guests worried for their safety Saturday when a group of about 50 rowdy protesters entered the facility, defaced property, and refused to leave the grounds....
Ham, who was not at the museum at the time of the incident, said he got a call from an "upset" staff member.
"We have cameras, and we saw them gathering in the parking lot. We saw them come in the museum, and she had called 911. I was able to watch the cameras on my cellphone. They came in after putting masks on," Ham told the Examiner in a phone call Monday.
"They proceeded to set up a bunch of signs and just went all over the museum. They of course had an agenda, they were chanting and singing songs, and then a couple of them got on a bullhorn," Ham said. "We had visitors in the museum. They started talking and kind of harassing them. Of course the staff was asking them to leave, and they wouldn’t leave."
Ham said his staff led non-protesting visitors to the back of the gift shop, so they could hide until police arrived on the scene....
Based on my knowledge and experience, allow me to conclude that article:
No arrests were made.
How can an entity known only as ‘Q’ (face-less, name-less, fame-less, etc.) begin to ask questions on 4ch (now 8ch) and build something of this magnitude?
How can this same ‘Q’ entity garner such a massive amount of WW MSM [FAKE NEWS] attention [attacks]?
How is it possible this ‘Q’ entity can ‘forecast’ future events or ‘know’ when the POTUS is about to Tweet?
How is it possible ‘FUTURE PROVES PAST’ re: information provided?
How is it possible this ‘Q’ entity, an entity who began by merely asking questions on 4ch/8ch, was able to ………(fill in the blank).
Think logically.
People are craving TRUTH.
People are craving TRANSPARENCY.
People are craving EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW.
People are craving GOOD.
People are craving RIGHT.
People are craving TRUE FREEDOM.
People are craving SAFETY & SECURITY.
People are craving ………..(fill in the blank).
PROOFS NEGATE FALSEHOOD/CONSPIRACY ATTACKS.
Those who attack have an agenda or remain plugged into the biggest disinformation campaign to be ever witnessed.
