The SCOTUS has a reguarly schedued conference tomorrow, for JUST the Justices - no clearks, nurses, police etc. On Tuesday is the 1st Argument Day since the break. I guess this card is to tell us she will be a no-show?

Tomorrow February 15, is a Conference Day at the Supreme Court. Will there be a RBG appearance? Lets hope someone hangs out to see if they can a glimpse of her as she go to the conference meeting !

February 18 is Presidents day, a Federal Holiday
“Holiday: The Court is closed on federal holidays. For questions on how the holiday impacts case filings, contact the Clerk’s Office.”
This means that Tuesday February 19 is the next day for a possible RBG sighting.
I think that she is probably very sick and will not be able to attend tomorrow.
