Once there is an Emergency Declared, in order for Congress to contest\end it, a legislative process kicks in.
If it comes before a judge, before the process has been exhausted, the judge should kick it because it’s not ripe.
(No judge should accept a lawsuit at the beginning, but who knows.)
The proclamation is transmitted to congress and published in the Federal Register.
Congress can try to terminate the proclamation by concurrent resolution.
The concurrent resolution process then takes on a life of its own.
If there is a concurrent resolution, it gets sent to the President for his signature or veto.
If veto, 2/3rds of Congress is needed to override.
The president doesn’t need to fight 2/3rds, he only needs to concentrate on the number needed in each house to sustain the veto.

A chorus of all baritones is not very interesting. You need sopranos, mezzo-sopranos, altos, tenors, baritones and basses to cover the full range of the music.
The same applies to military and intelligence operations. You can't have all shooters. It takes people with a wide range of talents, supply, maintenance, transport, etc. to ensure success.

I haven’t been listening to her for quite some time now. I think there are lots of options to explain.
Possibilities:
1. It’s part of the plan. She’s on the Trump team and is deliberately distracting people.
2. She’s DS and is worried.
3. She’s neither and is willing to say whatever riles people up in order to make a buck.
I’m hoping for #1. I used to love reading her columns/books. I was disappointed to read a while back that she writes the stuff and then has someone else put the jokes in. I can’t verify 100%, but I thought she said so herself. Pity. The jokes were the best part. Without the jokes, it would have been a lot of screeching and ranting. Screeching and ranting that I agreed with, yes, but a lot less fun to read.
Remember, too, that W is the 23rd letter of the alphabet.

And they are refusing to “confirm her presence”. When does that ever happen? And what possible reason (aside from her absence) would there be to NOT confirm it?
Would they refuse to confirm the presence of any other justice?
It can’t be for security reasons, because it is public knowledge that they are meeting.
RBG is dead. I’m 99.999% sure of it. That other 0.001% says that there is some as yet unknown to me reason in the Trump/Q plan to be keeping people guessing.
