Houston has no zoning laws...meaning no restrictions or city ordinances restricting what use goes where. Makes it crazy there but then again perhaps that helps with the valuation on what seems like a less desirable location because any use can go there. (I am presuming Houston does not permit human trafficking in any location!!!)

I agree, I don’t like what is sitting on Trump’s desk. A few buck for the wall, and so many restrictions on where it can be built. More money for free medical care for the sick, diseased people coming over here. That’s just a couple of things.
