Too bad they didn’t unroll this closer to the election. But the Dem contenders could still be made to answer for endorsing it. It’ll be a great debate when Trump gets to highlight parts of it, lol

I do believe Stone has a good case for dismissal and a law suit. But I also think both he and J Corsi know information that they want to make public. Some time the only way to do that legally is the fiasco they have now devised. Through discovery much will be disclosed and then they can settle out of court

it worked! I actually made sour bread! I had my husband and my housekeeper test it - just to make sure. Sometimes I want it to be sour so that’s what I think I made. so it IS the ash content (I read that when they burn the flour, the ash that is left is the mineral content that didn’t burn, hence the name.

I’ll send you the long involved recipe via freepmail . Actually the recipe is pretty short but all the details aren’t. It’s just a hodgepodge of comments from one of those baking websites, I just picked out what I thought would be useful.

I only fermented mine 12 hours. And at 65° since it is cold in the house. I think next time I will go for slightly warmer and maybe 15 hours. And a stiffer though. My dough was pretty lax. Someone also commented that the stiffer the dough can handle creating more sour thingies, whatever it is.
