This is only a guess. The director of the CIA, knowing what she knows, it makes perfect sense that the smile occurred when President Trump told us that we would be at war with North Korea by now IF he hadn’t been elected President. After all, the previous leadership of the CIA was doing everything they could to get the war started even after they were removed from their positions.
