Camera footage doesn't capture the incident, but police want to question the two people in this image.
======================================================================
Hey, I know those guys!
Where are the MEGA hats?
And they won't, because it didn't happen.
Have you heard about The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints?
I think they took Willie Lopez to Heck in the movie “Ghost.”
The police should always use air quotes when they discuss the “attack”.
How convenient that the people are so hard to make out. It is what keeps his implausible sounding story from falling apart completely.
They don’t look white to me.
Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi's statement on Twitter
“Alleged” attack.
No timestamp. Those people could have been walking on that sidewalk at any time, on any day since the snowfall.
I don’t see no red hats.
The guy on the right looks to be an octogenarian.
The Chicago police can't be serious. Sure they want to talk to these two shadowy figures but who are they? What do they look like? What are their descriptions?
Give the public some facts instead of just an unfocused surveillance photo of two figures in this photo. You can't tell if they're white, black, hispanic, asian or aliens from another planet from this grainy photo. You can't tell anything from this photo except they don't look like they're wearing red MAGA hats in the bitter cold.
Who in their right mind would take the time in the middle of a bitterly cold night to commit a "hate" crime? If these two persons did anything, do the police think they are just going to come forward and turn themselves in?
Looking more and more like it is not a hate crime but instead a made-up crime by the "victim" for cover for some other incident or to garner sympathy and publicity.
Where's the Beef? Show us some red meat or chalk this one up to a false report.
