I'm guessing 1) they think it will be blocked in the courts for a long time and 2) if he defies the court, they will have grounds to impeach him and 3) they think calling illegal immigrants (although they will not say "illegal") a state of emergency will look like he is a racist.

I don’t think he has to declare a national emergency to use money found elsewhere and use the Army Corp of engineers AND SeaBees to build the DAMN WALL!!! I think he can do this WITHOUT declaring a national emergency!!!

That is just about the most horrifying thing I believe I have heard.
A caller into Rush this morning made a point - how do these people go to work every day, perform 1 or several murders, and then come home, say hi to their kids & sit down to have dinner like nothing happened? Day after day. Year after year.
What kind of a person is capable of that? Do they talk about their work when they go golfing, or at parties?

My daughter Heather was hit by a car in front of our home when she was two months shy of her sixth birthday. She died in our arms in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. I did a few more late-term abortions after that, but it was too difficult to continue.

I don’t think he has to declare a national emergency to use money found elsewhere I think you are correct. I was just responding to my thoughts on why the Dims & RINOs are so eager to have him declare a national emergency.
I'm hoping all those who say he can use slush fund money, are correct.

Donors want illegals, but voters don’t.
Trump can make it all OK with exec action. Except the courts will tie it up.
Looks to me like he’ll get a deal, then have to “emergency” the wall.

Who is providing food, medical, etc for these people? I know Soro$ name has been kicked around, as well as BetaBoy O’Rourke’s..

I saw a story where many Catholics...and others....are calling VA, NY Govs/legislatures and asking just what, exactly, will be done with the bodies of these murdered babies?
I think these evil people need to answer this question.
Will they be given a burial? Sold for body parts?
We know, but these vile and sick beings need to answer the question.

Like I said in an earlier post. The library put a book on hold for me when one comes in. Don’t know when that will be. My library is pretty lenient as to how long you have them checked out as long as no one is asking for them.

Who is providing food, medical, etc for these people? Left-wing charity groups funded by Soros. There was a video of Beto's campaign using funds to provide some food, shelter & other supplies during the election, but I would imagine that was a drop in the bucket compared to what Soros is funding.
