Okay - I think I have stumbled upon something here. SPAR31 and SPAR29 are one in the same. They are changing the callsign; in some cases, mid-flt. Look at the date and time stamp, look where the transponder was killed and turned back on. Now look back at the “feeders” owned by DOJ/DHS/ICE that go to Miami, Honduras and Guatemala City. I think they are using the “system” as cover, killing transponders and changing callsigns to throw us off the trail. These are likely LVTs (Low Value Targets); but “former” gov employees.. [PS, LP, AM] SPAR29 has frequented GITMO; whereas SPAR31 is making the connection to Central America and the US Prison Systems. Here is the real stumper, SPAR29/31 is a USAF G5 Blue and White.
