Well, if an Act did all that, then an Act might be able to force justices or regular judges off the bend and job if they are incapacitated. I also don't like the bolded part.

Last year, Devin Nunes released a memo and Schiff over reacted, sending a ten page “junk” memo rebuttal (Feb 2018) in which, on page 7, he lied about the timeline of his interaction with Ohr (5 minute mark).

Mueller report soon released - DS will propagandize. Paul Sperry said that Lindsay Graham predicted (off camera) that Mueller will leak the report to media, even though doing so is restricted by statute. We know it’s going to be leaked and then the media will weaponize it.

Because of the shutdown, Robert Mueller’s grand jury may be furloughed without pay - they can only afford to pay through January 18 (tomorrow).

The Yahoo article goes on to describe Barr as “blunt” and direct.” X22 asks if this (Barr as AG) was always part of the plan and says it’s starting to look like that.

Syria: DS is angry with Trump for troop withdrawal. This harms the DS plans for endless wars and regime change until they could split the middle east up. Even though this false flag happened (attack and murder of soldiers), POTUS is still withdrawing troops.

DS is advertising that the shutdown is harming security. That 21 year old man arrested with plot to attack White House and the man who killed soldiers in Syria - were they controlled via MKUltra by the DS to “prove” Trump is making the US unsafe re shutdown. X22 suggests we may see more false flags, the MSM will control narrative and blame POTUS. Of course, Q and patriots already have a counter plan for this.

X22 says, “Remember, Maggie is the mouthpiece for Hillary Clinton...” and then points to Maggie’s January 17 (today) tweet re a 1.5 million dollar ad buy for “renominations” and “new nominations” (by Judicial Crisis Network), in light of “uncertainties” surrounding SCOTUS. X22 suggests that RBG is either dead, or nearly dead [MoD: is this like “mostly dead” in The Princes Bride?] and the DS is signaling it’s troops to prepare to influence the nomination process starting with money.

Q drop #1607 (June 27, 2018) said, after Justice Kennedy ‘resigned’, “RBG next?” He notes as RBG was going into surgery, POTUS wished her well. POTUS said nothing to her after surgery - X22 says POTUS and Q know what’s going on with her. The DS knows too, and they are panicking.

So Muellers report comes out and the MSM, Adam Schiff et. al. “go crazy”. It may take a couple of weeks for them to expend their ammunition. Then Q/POTUS have the freedom to release everything, with RBG out of the picture (she was swing vote). Then POTUS brings on Barr - he’s got the DS from every direction. Truth, rule of law etc. will win over propaganda - and that’s why DS is panicking.

Oklahoma data leak: 7 years of FBI data, corporate info, SSNs & names of AIDS patients exposed

A trove of unprotected data including FBI investigations into corporations like AT&T, Goldman Sachs, and Lehman Brothers, along with personal information, has been exposed in a data leak by the Oklahoma Securities Commission.

Three terabytes of data – millions of files – were left on a server with no password protection, freely available to anyone who stumbled across them, according to cybersecurity researchers Greg Pollock and Chris Vickery at cybersecurity firm UpGuard.

The files belonged to the Oklahoma Securities Commission, the government agency that regulates all financial securities business in the state. Among them were FBI files dating back seven years, covering cases open since the 1980s.

These documents included spreadsheets, interviews with witnesses, bank records, and emails and letters from agents, witnesses, and subjects. Major companies involved with these cases included AT&T, Goldman Sachs, and Lehman Brothers.

Personal information on around ten thousand brokers was also exposed, including their social security numbers. Life insurance information, including names of AIDS patient and T cell counts was also revealed.

Under the Constitution, Congress can establish inferior courts (those lower than the Supreme Court) and set forth by law their jurisdiction and territory. The Constitution does not allow those judges to be fired. Once appointed, they are in for life. Congress can take powers away from courts, like telling them they can’t hear certain types of cases, but they can’t get rid of judges except by impeachment.

Congress can also determine the number of judges on the Supreme Court, which is why FDR was considering a court packing plan. If Trump is successful in overturning Roe v Wade and changing a lot of judge-created doctrines, you can bet the dems will do a court packing the very next time they are in charge.
