L Lin Wood doesn’t take cases he know he won’t win...Maybe he can throw in a deal where Twitter & Facebook both get dinged for "maintaining an attractive nuisance"----.
Wouldn't be any stretch at all to claim that both are running the equivalent of great big swimming pools......stocked with sharks and/or piranha.
(That may even qualify for Class Action.....)
