I think it might be.
I started taking some calc/mag supplements starting last evening, and it already seems a little better.

I’m going to continue taking them until I can see the
Doc.
One of these spasms happened in the arch of my foot while driving. I had to pull over, jump out of the car and stuck my stocking foot into the snowbank to get it to stop. I was in tears, too it hurt so bad!

I can’t immagine what the other drivers were thinking!

When I get a charlie horse in my leg or big toe at night I jump out of bed and start stomping on it. It finally relives it.

I read on www.PeoplesPharmacy. anything -— a solution to cramps. No kidding, I am finding it works, like quick, just still lying in bed!

Now to try to explain: I think it goes like this, pinch between 2 fingers the skin above your lips. I guess that would be to including the top lip.

Try it, wont hurt, and let me know.

Now that is really horrible! At least nobody tried to mug you while you were icing your foot. Or maybe potential muggers were scared off by a lady jumping out of her car and jamming her foot into a snowbank. Lotta possibilities there. So glad you got home safe!

Well guess what! Did a search on my files and found what I had saved:

LEG CRAMPS

One day I read an article about Frank Broyles. When he was coaching at Arkansas, he told players with leg cramps to pinch the upper lip right beneath the nose and hold it until the cramps eased. I thought this sounded odd, but I tried it.

“When the cramps started, I pinched my upper lip and the cramps gradually went away. I don’t how or why it works, I just know it did for me.”

In other words, if you have a cramp in the left leg, pinch the right side of your mouth (with the pointer finger inside the mouth and the middle finger on the outside). She said it worked like acupuncture.
