The latest minute orders from Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, who is overseeing Michael Flynn's case, seem like a big deal. Sullivan just ordered the original Strzok/Pientka memos on the Flynn interview and the official FBI 302, filed 7 months later, to be filed with the court.

Recall that the FBI deputy director testified that Strzok and Pientka did not believe Flynn lied during the interview. It wasn't until 7 months later, after Rosenstein gave Mueller new orders and after Strzok was fired that the 302 form alleging a crime was signed.

Sean Davis...cont....So the apparent sequence of events was: 1) Flynn interview, 2) preparation of a memorandum noting conclusion that Flynn did not lie, 3) Comey fired, 4) Mueller appointed, 5) Rosenstein issues secret new Mueller orders, 6) Strzok fired, 7) new FBI memo claiming Flynn lied.

T.....A judge paying attention! This could be very interesting indeed!

If I am not mistaken? The original 302's in Flynn's case were part of the potentially exculpatory evidence already demanded by Sullivan. This plus a defense motion filed re McCabe telling Flynn counsel during ( ambush ) that counsel being present wasn't "necessary".

I don’t know where they found him, but Judge Emmet G. Sullivan is a real bulldog on this. He isn’t going to let them get by with anything.

Is it me, or is this whole 302 procedure a bunch of BS designed to lend itself to fraud & abuse? I can’t figure out why the FBI doesn’t use video recordings, audio recordings &/or and independent court stenographer. If the agents also want to add comments with 302’s the go for it. But as we can see, the 302-only process is highly subjective & can easily be manipulated.

I asked this before & someone pointed out that video would degrade over time. OK, but it would last for many, many years, and it could be accompanied with an independent court stenographer.

I wonder how many innocent people have been framed by false 302’s.

For all we know Fort Knox and other repositories might contain nothing but boxes of rocks and lead ingots painted gold.

Or what gold is there might not belong to the US people any longer.
The reserves might have all been sold off, traded away, or given away in secret deals.

Is there any doubt that people like the Clintons and Barack Obama wouldn't have plundered the reserves if it was possible?

I’m sure Hannity won’t be inviting any parolees over to his home.

On a case-by-case basis, some probably could be release & live a crime free life. But most in jail have been caught many, many times and plead down to lesser crimes. So by time they get to prison they are hardened, repeat criminals, and get worse in the prison environment. That’s my opinion anyway.
