Frankly, there's enough evidence for Judge Sullivan to set aside the plea, because of prosecutorial misconduct, and protect General Flynn from further prosecution on these issues.

Those aren't the actual interview files are they?

I caught someone talking on Tucker's show that said something was turned over (I don't recall what he called them) but not the actual interviews or 302's or whatever it was the Judge actually asked for.

That is what was turned over. From what I understand, the original 302s iof the earlier Flynn interview were not included. Apparently this is a 302 of an interview regarding the interview. Mueller did not turn over everything that Sullivan requested.
