Cotten the 3rd day trying to drink the beet juice made me gag so I quit trying. You were smart to get the capsules. Anyway my knee pain went away but it probably would have on it's own anyway. I am having more pain with my right arm and shoulder again which I am right handed so it makes it difficult.

Today has been real damp and dreary outside and that dampness just goes right through me.

I did watch Hannity last night and I am hoping there will be some BIG happenings this next week but I have my doubts. President H.W. Bushes funeral will take over the whole week.

Pretty outspoken! The nerve of him speaking without the permission of Austria and Germany. I wonder how long the EU will last. This should bring out more of Germany's real self won't it. How many times will Europe fall for Germany's deceiving lies over and over?

I usually wake through the night. Visit the restroom...get a drink of water...fill up the cat's water bowls and look at the movie that's going on. Its not long until I'm fast asleep again. If for some reason I'm more awake I just watch what's on until I do fall asleep. I'm use to the TV noise. I've been listening to it for over 50 years.....LOL
