I really do feel that the dims do anything they can to win, legal, OK, but illegal, not so much.

I was trying to sleep in today because I stayed up too late finishing a book. My female silver Persian, cotton, never allows me to sleep in. Even though she has a full bowl of food and doesn’t need anything, she will sit right next to me and stare at me and occasionally touch my nose until I get up. I taught her some tricks, and now she uses them against me. She knows touch my nose and give me a kiss I really annoying when I’m trying to sleep.

Yesterday a threat was made to our school district, one person was apprehended as all schools went into lock down.

There are more suspects involved so until all are apprehended school will be closed today, tomorrow is the beginning of the Thanksgiving Break so no school till next Monday.

Don’t know yet the specifics of the threat but this rarely happens here.

So scary the times we live in.

We are indeed in scary times.

That YouTube video that somebody posted, sorry whoever you were, my memory is shot! The video of the good old days, reminded me how I just walked out the front door on the summer morning and came back 8 hours later. No concerns. With my son I kept tabs on where he was every second. With my granddaughter, they need to be outside with her, not just know where she is.

Society and the bed elements are deteriorating quickly.

I’m sure the kids don’t mind getting an extended Thanksgiving break. But then they’ll have to tack on days at the end of the year.

I think the left was surprised by the results of the 2016 election. They expected there voter fraud to overturn most of the real votes. But there must have been enough real votes for Trump that they didn’t quite get there.

So now they are ramping up efforts

I think it’s not hard to long for the days of yesteryear, where things seemed much simpler, but in someways our current times are most fascinating.

Back then we didn’t have the internet and I most likely would not have gotten the opportunity to know you or our other FRiends, such a loss.

I don’t relish the safety/crime problems we face but am so thankful for much such as the medical progress that has been made.

Many pros and cons.

That’s very true. When I’m feeling nostalgic and wishing that I was growing up and living in the forties and fifties, I remind myself that my vision surgery was only perfected in the 90s! It put my vision back to 20 20 with glasses, and without that surgery I would be extremely handicapped today.
