Pres Trump shares East Room stage with Sergeant Major John L Canley, USMC (Ret.), recipient of today's Medal of Honor, for conspicuous valor under fire, coming to the aid of fellow Marines, in 1968 during the Vietnam War.

During the Tet Offensive in Vietnam, Sgt Major Canley "risked his own life to save the lives of those under his command," said Pres Trump, recounting Canley's bravery meriting the Medal of Honor.

"You don't look 80 years old to me," Pres tells Sgt Major Canley, commenting on the fitness of the retired Marine.

That squirrel feeder trap would be a great deterrent at the border.

Sorry to hear this...resting and reading here and my book. Body saying rest so I’m reading the post here. I’ve been cold this evening so I thought best to just read. My signal to rest. Hope you enjoyed your dinner.

Still having buffering problems. It does that every now and then. No rhyme or reason. May watch tomorrow after noon.

I am praying for our troops during this deployment.

FWIW, none of my soldiers have said anything to me ~~~ and that’s as it should be. (Actually, I suspect they are not involved.)

The left must be in a conundrum, over this one. :-)

(Better yet, a cauldron :)

You are right about his hair, darker than usual, and somewhat flatter than usual too.

My daughter’s in-laws drove over from MO, and the 3 of us went together, as my husband had to work.

We got there at 8:30, and they started screening at 12. By the time we got through with that, it was 1:00, and the President didn’t come out until about 5:15.

Rally was awesome, as I’m sure you all saw/heard on Right Side. Traffic in/out of the airport was handled VERY well.

There was a tiny little group of 12 protesters, but almost everyone just ignored them, and they weren’t allowed inside the gate.

My advice, don’t go to an airplane hangar rally, unless you are ready to stand up for a long, long, time! I’m wiped out!
