The photos at Kananaugh's ceremony show a huge lump on Ginsberg's neck. What is it?

My first thought was that it an old person’s growth. Anyone that is older than 65 gets growths in the strangest places...
Why is she wearing winter gloves indoors?
I can help.
LMAO.
One of the most fascinating and simultaneously disgusting channels on YouTube.
“they’ve got eggplants as big as goiters and goiters as big as eggplants....”
-National Lampoon Radio Hour - This week on The Immigrants, the Hillbilly
With the closeup, it appears to be a upper back/neck muscle tensed to hold her head up. She has the posture of a woman with back problems.
I do not wish her ill, but I would love for her to decide she is ready to finally read “War and Peace” is retirement.
The post-auricular mass is abnormal. Could be a lymph node, perhaps posterior cervical?
The anterior neck may be simply redundant tissue, as often happens in old age. I would not expect her to have a goiter.
RBG is getting to be a diagnostic challenge this AM between the cervical lump and now the gloves.
The globes indicate that she has Raynaud’s that is fairly common in older people. You might not think 75 degrees in doors is cold, and maybe you keep your thermostat above below that, but for someone in their 80s and 90s, 75 is like being in an igloo. She’s dressed for A/C indoors.
I don’t think she has any underlying disease going on, just the Raynaud’s phenomenon when exposed to the lower temps.
I suspect the A/C in that room has the temp at 70-72, which would be quite cold for her.
The lump in the neck is so obvious that I doubt that it hasn’t been assessed.
But a little research indicates that RBG has had colon CA and also Pancreatic CA. I don’t know the type, but obviously a slower growing type, which is still very invasive.
This article is from 2009!!! She’s had pancreatic CA since then?
https://www.cleveland.com/nation/index.ssf/2009/02/few_get_surgery_for_grim_pancr.html
If RBG had suffered the most common form of pancreatic cancer, adenocarcinoma, the prognosis would be terrible, and unlikely that she’d still be alive.
I suspect she has pancreatic cancer known as a neuroendocrine tumor or islet cell carcinoma. Same as Steve Jobs. Which has a favorable prognosis. JObs, avoided conventional treatment? I don’t know what RBG had for therapy.
Bottom line, this fine lady has endured some serious health issues.
As long as RBG still breathes, she aint going anywhere. The Dems are pumping her full of formaldehyde.
Guess who is starring as RBG in the Hollywood RBG bio pic currently being made?
Natalie Portman.

She had a vacant demeanor. Trump mentioned her name - no acknowledgement. She didn’t seem focussed on what was going on - her gaze kept wandering around. Clarence Thomas had to help her stand up and supported her while she stood.
Maybe her mind is sharp as a tack, but her physical appearance is frail.

Warble fly?
A sebaceous cyst.
Ive heard her speak recently. Her mind is not sharp as a tack. My 93 year old aunt died 2 years ago and that gal was still sharp. I loved talking with her. She went to sleep and never woke up.
