Thank you Granny! Be thinking about me Monday at 1:30 Eastern time :-). I’m hoping this occupational therapist knows what to do.
But better than that, with the orthopedist I have seen lately instead of spending hours researching their bios and their reviews, I just pray for God to guide their thinking and their hands. The worst doctor will do a great job under His direction. (Although I’m really not looking for the worst doctors! lol!)

Thanks Rusty. I can’t believe that I’ve never gotten one before, with all these years of tight muscle arms. I’ve now decided I’m going to go once a week whether I want to or not :-) I think if I had gone to one in the beginning I wouldn’t have developed these elbow problems.

Great! When my back or neck gets messed up, a massage will help more than anything. With my neck problems the physical therapist explained that the muscles surrounding the injury try to compensate and tighten up. Hope you can heal without surgery. :-)

That makes sense. My forearms just felt so tight. And the elbow part across from the cubital tunnel. Now after just two massages they have loosened up quite a bit. My elbow used to look like it was bulging, now I can even see the bone and it is sort of wobbly. Not the bone, but my 57 year old elbow skin LOL! At first I was thinking that it really didn’t look like an improvement, but heck anything is better than being in pain!
