Great! When my back or neck gets messed up, a massage will help more than anything. With my neck problems the physical therapist explained that the muscles surrounding the injury try to compensate and tighten up. Hope you can heal without surgery. :-)

That makes sense. My forearms just felt so tight. And the elbow part across from the cubital tunnel. Now after just two massages they have loosened up quite a bit. My elbow used to look like it was bulging, now I can even see the bone and it is sort of wobbly. Not the bone, but my 57 year old elbow skin LOL! At first I was thinking that it really didn’t look like an improvement, but heck anything is better than being in pain!
