Okay. I'm gonna take an uneducated stab at this one. Keep in mind I'm posting blind and just woke up. I'm putting on my common sense hat (as usual).

My GUESS is that those three Chinee cities have SOMETHING to do with tech. Computer tech, specifically. And, because DiFiChiSpy is a CALIFORNIA senator (Q reminds us of that in this context), and CALIFORNIA is home to a lot of COMPUTER TECH, that there is a relationship of corruption, spying, tech transfers, and you name it.

I would like to know if those cities in China are tech hubs. I would bet 17 yen (or whatever money they have in China and sounds funny) that they are.

So, anyway. That's my conversation starter jumping off point. You smart researchers can debunk or support at will.

Fen used to be the smallest unit of money. Tiny aluminum coins. I think 10 of them were worth less than a penny but I'm not certain about that. Yuan is a more common generic term for their money.

My understanding is that those areas have plenty of computer tech but not only computer tech. Tons of things--a wide variety of things--are made and assembled in those areas. And they are not that far from each other. IIRC, a lot closer than San Diego and LA, for example. More like LA and Long Beach.

The Chinese are extremely skillful at interpersonal manipulation--often without the westerner having a clue that they have been manipulated. UNfineSwine would have been an easy target with her sense of superiority, arrogance, privilege etc. They likely have played her like a piano for decades--primarily to THEIR benefit but happy to give her tons of money in the process. High Treason would likely be putting it mildly.

Classified National Security Information (#2174, #2373) On December 29, 2009, President Barrack Hussein Obama sign Executive Order (EO) number 13526, clarifying and updating the rules and regulations governing the uniform system for classifying, safeguarding, and declassifying national security information, including information relating to defense against transnational terrorism. The order establishes who has authority to classify activities, programs, documents, and media, and to whom and how they can delegate their authority to so classify activities, programs, documents, and media, It describes the process for declassification and review before such declassification, and establishes exceptions to review requirements, and sets hierarchies of authority, with such authority deriving ultimately from Presidential executive powers, for both classification and declassification. It also sets four levels of terminology describing the four degrees of security for classification as Classified, Secret, Top Secret, and Special Access Program (SAP), and also addresses the ability to share the document with Foreign persons or Agencies as part of the classification/declassification process. The entire order is well worth reading for anyone who wants to understand the U.S. classified document, etc., system in place today.

application and Executive Order Number 13526
Q points out the EO specifically prohibits an authorized "originating" classifier from doing certain things. For example in Section 1.7 (a) it states:

"1.7 Classification Prohibitions and Limitations. (a) In no case shall information be classified, continue to be maintained as classified, or fail to be declassified in order to:
(1) conceal violations of law, inefficiency, or administrative error;
(2) prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency;
(3) restrain competition; or
(4) prevent or delay the release of information that does not require protection in the interest of the national security."
Since none of the fake information in the Steele/Trump Dossier meets 1.7(a)(4), but it DOES seem to completely fit 1.7(a)(1,2, and 3) by bringing attention to multiple violations of the law by the previous Obama administration, the CIA, DOJ, FBI, DNI, and many members of those organizations, as well as the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) as well, organizational malfeasance, administrative error, embarrassment to multiple persons in all of those departments, agencies, and the Obama administration, and restrained political competition by favoring one candidate over another, there was no justification for originally classifying the Carter Page FISA warrant application documents and there can be no lawful reason for continuing to maintain the classification under this Executive Order. He is now the former executive assistant director of the Criminal, Cyber, Response and Services Branch. He instead has accepted a position of Vice President of Security for Caterpillar Corporation. Coleman reviewed the data on Anthony Weiner's Apple MacBook Pro on which were found hundreds of thousands of emails from Hillary Clinton's unauthorized email server from her term as Secretary of State which were claimed to have been deliberately erased, bleach-bitted, and essentially beyond retrieval, but also described as only referencing yoga classes and her daughter's Chelsea's wedding plans. Instead Coleman stated there was much more than that on the laptop in a folder labelled "insurance" including classified State Department correspondence and "-Hillary Clinton & Foundation, -Crime Against Children+++". IMO they will never be intimidated from attempting voter fraud. Why? Because the big fish never have their fingerprints on it. It’s the millions of expendable idiots who do and who take the fall if something happens.

Recent case of a woman who double voted in MN and ND. Had a muslim-sounding name. Now maybe she did that all on her own. Certainly there are a few of those. But most likely even in those cases, they hear the “suggestion” over and over and over until some follow up on it. Works for school shootings, too.

Plenty of other voter fraud using other methods. It will take a lot of tracing to follow it up to the top level puppeteer. Mid and low level perps will mostly be taking the fall.
