He’s saying that a lot of things we are watching happen on the news are part of a much bigger story than how they appear. Then he tells us to remember the NYC bomber, the guy whose bomb blew up in his pants without hurting anyone as part of a FF operation. I don’t know what the fireworks refers to, but someone elsewhere said that the bomber had his bomb switched with less harmful fireworks, which was why the op didn’t go off as planned. I don’t remember hearing that, but it would explain the reference.

If she gave it to the WP or housing authority, she would have waived confidentiality, BUT if those places refuse to hand it over, you would still need a subpoena. The waiver just means those places would lose if you bring a motion to compel production. Not enough time for a motion.

They’re in a little bind as just a background investigation because they can only get what they can get. Add to that, if Ford (inevitably) claims doctor patient privilege for the records. However if Ford has revealed those record(s), then the claim evaporates - whether to just that record or more broadly, IDK - that would also then factor what the record(s) exposed revealed - i.e. if there then becomes evidence of a scheme afoot - like it was with a hypno-therapist, then that or the rest could be obtained - but only with a subpoena, etc., which requires some law enforcement / criminal aspect of things, likely involving a GJ. However, if/as suggested by “Q” and considered last week when the “investigation” was demanded by the DEMs, POTUS could (and apparently has) outlined that parts of this can be handled by those like Huber or some other actor to effect. Now, such records obtained that way would be subject to classification & confidentiality, so we wouldn’t get those. My concern has been how + whether they can get the Facebook history - if/as those have been public posts, they’re relatively fair game - but how to get to is the question. If Google had those pages in cache and they’re no longer there, that would be something they could go after from the side & I’m sure then Google would have an interest in “helping” recover.

He’s an oddball (Nichols) for sure and I should have qualified the remarks. But then Dock Morris is in the same category. I didn’t reference Nichols for credibility but rather possible insight as to what could be plausible.

What these type of people have in common is a ‘sense’ of how the game is played because they were up close to it, right next to it.

What people forget is RR’s wife Barsoomian. One can’t get much thicker into the Clinton camp than her. There’s really no argument that RR is a ‘swamp’ creature and would be inclined to get Trump if he could. He’s completely in the social club of the swamp. That’s his life.

RR is their guy. He’s the leftist progressive guy that they want where he is.

Because HRC wanted Comey punished, if not dead. She blamed Comey for her loss.

RR obliged and then sized up what he could do as the de facto inside face of the Clinton-Obama camps.

Trump gave RR the job because there was improper vetting and RR was the next in line behind Yates who was fired. POTUS was learning the ropes and relied on Priebus and others to get the right people. Well, Priebus and others are long gone. There are even thoughts that General Kelly was caught flat-footed which caused POTUS’s dissatisfaction with the General. But Kelly as DHS Director and head of the SS tightened things up and righted the ship.

All that’s in the past. Now 18 months later, what to do with RR? Get rid of him!

As for POTUS handling RR, Trump was always handling underworld personas, mobsters, he’s used to it. He had to deal with hooligans throughout his life.

RR is in the negative zone, he’s connected to all the wrong people. POTUS likely had people watch him while he sidelined him. By that means POTUS likely had some of his very sharp WH lawyers look at how to handle Rosenstein. POTUS’s frustration was real, it was sincere. Then we learn of this Huber fellow. I think that is POTUS’s response card.

People either forget or are unaware that POTUS is the DOJ, POTUS is the FBI. The President can call for special details of person in any agency to perform certain classified missions that department heads don’t even know of. POTUS’s Chief of Staff can inform RR and Sessions that they pulling DOJ/FBI personnel for special projects and then it goes dark. In effect, POTUS sets up his own groups outside the chain of command of Sessions, RR, Wray. This happens in the military all the time.
