Committee vote is tomorrow, my point was that there is precedent for not holding the committee prior to the full Senate vote should Senate leadership decide to take it to the floor.

Normal process: Committee vote, Call for Full Senate vote (potential 48 hours delay due to procedural stuff if the Dems chose to force it - which I assume they will), then the final floor vote up or done by the Full Senate on the floor.

At this point I believe our best bet is a Monday full Senate floor vote.
