Your second question has been answered over the previous months. You can read back over the QAnon discussions here, or you can read the hundreds of other sites with similar discussions, going back to Nov or Oct 2017. Q-team posed questions, and many tens of thousands of people did the research.

Some of the main posters here might be more helpful and polite, if you were honestly seeking answers. I just don't like you.
