It would appear that, from his statement shown below, that ^he does^ recall this woman as a teen.
“I had no idea who [she was until yesterday]” implies that he recognized the woman from his youth. Truth or not, this may not play out well for Kavanaugh if Trump thinks it will cast political shade around Kavanaugh.

An assumption not well conceived, Mr. Blackstone. If anything, it may shine a light on the actual perp as Judge, not Kavanaugh. Recall in her story that one of the “boys” was more chivalrous than the other.

I wouldn’t give her account that much believability. Her counselor’s notes say 4 anonymous boys. She now says 2, and Kavanaugh was one. Given her class ratings as an out of control SJW crazy who tried to destroy her conservative students, assuming anything she says is the truth is taking kindness more than a step too far. We conservatives do that too often.
We read articles about progs lying all the time. The difference is only that this one thinks she’s smarter than everyone and can carry through a lie under national spotlight with Dems running cover for her.
Dems take every bit of kindness we give them and try to destroy us with it. Give them nothing, let her make a fool of herself publicly making her case, give Kavanaugh a forum to rebut her and then vote him out of committee. And if Flake goes against him after a public airing, then attack Flake with everything we’ve got.
If I recall the story, she was “herded” there by 4 boys, 2 remained. Herding happens at parties all the time. It is generally just rowdy fun ending up with some smooching or other normal teen activity.
In my experience, herding is practiced when a person privately expresses some attraction and that “secret” becomes known. The conspiracy is then afoot among the friends of the two and they get noisily bustled into a room together.

What many teenaged idiot girls do, especially after drinking. Thinking they were in control and could go as far as they wanted, safely, and no further. As a Catholic high school girl, myself, I didn’t know girls like that, but I’m certainly not surprised that they were - and are - around.
In general, browsers don't render *.dtd files. A dtd file is information about how to render another file. It's not meant to be rendered.
The image I think you're referring to (the huge "Unrigging Elections" image) is a .png file, which any browser less than 10 years old can certainly render.
Although not an excuse for bad behavior, why would she go to a “party” at 15 where no adults were present?

Missouree for the most part, That Missourah stuff started after I was gone, sometime in the late 80s or 90s, where someone decided that genuine Missourians said Missourah, and a whole bunch of people who never said it that way before started to. Now when I hear it, I don’t know if it’s genuine or manufactured. There was a part of the state that said it that way, but it wasn’t that common, and no one in the big cities, with the vast majority of the population, said it that way.
