I was, in my response, mainly commenting on the notion that we don’t have open and shut cases - I think we do on the particulars but it will still take a long time to fill in all the gaps with the necessary documentation. I agree that the site does not have my confidence yet. I have to keep looking and learning about it. IF this site turns out to be legit, it could help.

Its an oath, yes.

Whether you get prosecuted depends. (E.G. are you conservative?)

For instance, if you had a security clearance you are still required treat any classified material as classified even after you leave the service. (Until such time as that material is declassified.)

I did a little searching and found this, the Oath each Federal Employee takes before becoming an employee and that rolls up all the way to the top of the food chain, presidents to follow:

TITLE 5, PART III, Subpart B, CHAPTER 33, SUBCHAPTER II, § 3331
Oath of office

An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath: “I, ———-, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

Pretty clear eh, you work against that oath and you are by default an an Enemy Combatant

Now the Presidential Oath of Office:
Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:—”I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

A Federal lawsuit filed in the District of Columbia by Michael Newdow on December 30, 2008, contended the second, current form of administration, where both the chief justice and the president articulate the oath, appending “So help me God”, to be a breach of the Constitutional instructions. The suit distinguishes between the words spoken by the administrator, which must conform to the exact 35 words of the Constitution, and the president, who has a right to add a personal prayer, such as “So help me God.”

Chief Justice Roberts’ reply was that his “prompting” for these four extra-constitutional words were to be recited “after” the oath of office, and not as a part of the oath as claimed in the suit. After rendering the oath to President Barack Obama, Roberts prompted with a question “So help you God?”, to which the president responded, “So help me God.”

Vice Presidential Oath

I, (state your name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. Secretary of State

And the President is the head of the Military as well, so if he works against the Constitution he is as are all others Traitors and subject to UCMJ
