Yes, that was a post by an Anon inferring the extradition order would lead to her arrest.
The post stating Hillary was detained was by Q, and she was. Her passport was subsequently flagged to allow travel only to nations having an extradition treaty with the US.
There was planned massive violence by Soros organized Antifa groups. Preparations were made to call up the NG = National Guard (confirmed by many NG family members) and arrests were planned for a number of persons linked to the expected violent uprising. However, no arrest was planned for HRC as it was unnecessary at that stage.
Q was later confronted by Anons and criticized for raising expectations of massive arrests and arrests of high profile persons. Q corrected their thinking and repeated what had been posted.
Often Anons have gotten carried away with their own thoughts and created their own expectations, then when what they think will happen doesn’t happen, they blame Q.
