It was obvious from even a cursory glance at the site that it was a fake or parody site. One thing we know is, Q doesn't take cursory glances at anything. He knows that the NSA doesn't have a site, even a real one, explaining what they do and where they are. That's why they are No Such Agency. So he was doing something with that link together with the word Utah. His only comment was "Information comes in many forms". Focus on the word "forms", then look through the web site, and see if we can figure out what he was trying to point to.

Yup, warrants are typically obtained in chambers, with a judge asking questions about the basis for the warrant, and often not even reading it if they trust the LEO. For a FISA warrant, I would at least want it to be read carefully by the judge and have pointed questions asked to ensure that it was sufficient. It does not appear that questions were asked, because the facts were very deficient for a FISA warrant.

I was thinking that they might use fire to obtain “emergency” federal funds to keep their bankrupt government afloat. Essentially, getting the people of the other 49 states to pay for their socialism.
