A bit of sugar seems to somehow influence the nerves involved in a hiccup, as well. Has always worked for me. Half a teaspoon or some other source of sugar seems to work, for me.

I don’t think departmental differentiation is significant. They are all clowns. They assume roles in one department or another, moving between them without effort. FBI, CIA, all the same people, all the same attitude.

That was my impression earlier when Q dropped content about Project Mockingbird. It looked like Bush Sr. was “rotated in” to the position of head of the CIA for the express purpose of tamping down exposure of Project Mockingbird and that he was “rotated out” of that position as soon as his task was done. It seems easy for the swamp to “staff up” whenever they have something they want “handled”.
