Bill Paxon: (#1849) Leon William “Bill” Paxon is a five term (1989 to 1999) former Republican Congressman representing Buffalo, N.Y., and now lobbyist who is married to former Republican Congresswoman Susan Molinari who represented Staten Island, New York during the same Congressional sessions as he. Paxon held Republlcan leadership positions, was elected to chair the National Republican Congressional Committee in Congress in 1992, and ran for Speaker of the House in 1997. After his political career ended, he joined the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, which is also mentioned by Q in Drop #1849, where, since January 1999, he has advised a wide range of public and private sector clients on policy issues. John Dowd: (#1849) Jahn Maguire Dowd (77) is an attorney who had been a United States Attorney and also a Marine Corps Judge Advocate General. Dowd has been employed by several Washington, D.C. law firms due to his expertise in white collar crime defense. He has also been a special counsel for Major League Baseball, most notable in the Pete Rose banishment case. Until March 22, 2018, Dowd was the lead defense attorney for President Donald Trump in the Mueller Russia probe. Q links to an article in Drop #1849 from Business Insider with the misleading headline of ”Former Trump attorney John Dowd called Mueller 'terrific' after quitting Trump's legal team”. The article however says that Dowd actually said that his relationship and discussions with Mueller were “terrific” not that Mueller himself was “terrific” as the headline implies. Lisa Shields: (#1849) Lisa Shields, described since 2011 as a “girlfriend of now former Alphabet/Google CEO/Chairman Eric Schmidt, who is married, is has been and is Vice President, Global Communications and Media Relations for the Council of Foreign Relations since 2003 where she oversees marketing strategy and messaging for all CFR content, including publications, its website, CFR.org, as well as the organization’s magazine, Foreign Affairs, its editor Gideon Rose, and ForeignAffairs.com.. She was a former producer for Good Morning America and Primetime Live. (See ES, Google).

Melissa Laurenza: (#1849) Melissa L. Laurenza’s practice concentrates on federal and state campaign law, lobbyist registration provisions, gift laws, pay-to-play restrictions, and securities laws regulating political activity as a partner at the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Another attorney practicing there as a lobbyist is Bill Paxon, a five term former Republican Congressman and one time candidate for Speaker of the House. According to a May 23, 2018 CNN article linked in Q’s Drop #1849, the Mueller Special Counsel investigation succeeded in breaking the Attorney/Client privilege to force Laurenza to testify in the Grand Jury and then in petit jury trials against clients Paul Manafort and Rick Gates who has since turned to a government witness against Manafort in exchange for a lesser sentencing. The government alleges that Laurenza assisted Manafort and Gates in filing llegedly misleading foreign lobbying registrations with the Justice Department. Susan Molinari: (#1849) Was a five term Republican Congresswoman representing Staten Island, New York, who after leaving office, became first a new anchor on CBS News, and then later became a self-employed lobbyist with her own lobbying, government affairs consulting firm: Susan Molinari Strategies. In March of 2012, Molinari sold her client list to accept a position with Google (now Alphabet) as the company’s Vice-president of Public Policy and Government Relations for the Americas. She manages the company’s policy advocacy and government outreach in North and South America from Google’s Washington, D.C. office. She is married to five term former Republican Congressman (N.Y.) and then lobbyist Bill Paxon who is also referred to by Q in Drop #1849. (See Bill Paxon).

Perkins handled opposition research for the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign against Candidate Donald Trump. They hired FusionGPS to create a dossier on Trump’s interactions with the Russian Federation. It is likely that Perkins already had in hand the start of a background report written by Christopher Steele working for FusionGPS which had been prepared for The Washington Free Beacon, a conservative on-line news site, prior to the end Republican primaries. Steele was then hired again by FusionGPS to flesh out his original report. Steele created what was to become known as the Steele Dossier for HRC/DNC. Perkins Coie, apparently at the instructions of their clients, HRC/DNC, through FusionGPS and Steele shopped the Dossier to the media, Senator John McCain, foreign and domestic intelligence agencies, and the FBI, anything to get it public attention to derail Trump’s candidacy. The first link is to a Wikileaks drop of a document from the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Feds). This was filed on the 10th of this month. Click n the "charges" to see that the DNC is filing a Civil Case against a long list of defendants, which include Julian Assange and Wikileaks.
The second link is to an article reporting that Wikileaks says the Senate Intelligence Committee wasnt Assange to testify before them.
It looks like EVERYBODY wants Assange's story. This is a lot of pressure on the UK to turn him over (if they already haven't, as some would surmise).

First let me say this. When we firt heard of this incident yesterday, there was no information but the cover story. Many here thought it was shady, as per many events of the past year and more. But there no reason to not officially believe the so called media.
And then Q made it a thing. With the photo, he says there is a message in the incident and for us to "think missile".
And now we diverge on interpretations. This one is not settle science,by any means. Some, disregarding Q, are going with the "suicide" cover story. Some, that the pilot was a "white hat" sent up as a diversion for preventing derp state missile activity.
Some believe the pilot was an MK-Ultra victim sent to crash into a nearby pedo island. Still others that he was headed to the nearby military base where the previous missile was launched (or so the Germans would have us believe).
And another theory has the guy as a false flag to discredit the Q movement.

Here's the English version arrived at by the group.
The Derp State, seeking to stop the public release of damning (to them) information, by BIND(ing)? the hands of the President. The SITU (situation?), or way they would do this is with a two pronged attack. The first prong; the mid-term elections. Q is calculating they will not succeed in taking the House. The Derps must know this as well, despite the lying media.
So on to prong two. They must start a war. Q intimates that the "accidental" missile(s) launch(es) were attempts to do just that. Will there be more in the future?
And start a war with WHO? Likely candidates are NK, China, or Russia. Iran?
See the left media derp's attempts to derail the NK deal and provoke Russia.
This is why Q says that "relationships are VERY IMPORTANT". And that the SHARING OF INFORMATION IS VERY IMPORTANT.
The best interpretation I saw reads that the "important relationships" would be with those leaders most likely to be provoked or provoke us into war. And that good relationships with those leaders would ensure that information could be more easily shared between leaders to avoid being stampeded into war by any Derp State false flag.
I have a feeling this has been discussed already in Moscow, Hanoi, and Beijing. Not so sure about Iran, though. Ha. But they are next to suffer the Art of the Deal.

From there the head of the DC Google Office and ex-Dem Congressthing, Susan Molinari, who in turn is married to the scandal redden (read compromised by Derps) ex Rep Congressthing Bill Paxon.

In regards to a rogue sub from the previous q thread, I looked up the USS Richard B Russell sub on wikipedia and found this interesting:
