Not all of them, just some of them. Mockingbird was CIA, so it is not beyond reason that a foreign co-ordinator could do similar. We are in a transnational era.

The diagram in the q-drop was classic org-chart, material flowing through layers of management. Some press and some politicians parroting the company line is the first layer.

No. There is no appeal while a jury is empaneled. Trial runs to conclusion. Judge calls mistrial in any event, the question is this before the jury is charged, or after. He he doesn;t call mistrial before the jury deliberates, the prosecution is stuck with the result. If the defendant is convicted, the defendant can appeal. I have to check this remark, but I think defendants don't ask for mistrial, they have a right of appeal on conviction.

If it is denied and the jury acquits, there is no retrial. Not sure if there is a procedure for an emergency appeal prior to giving the case to the jury. For most situations, there is no appeal from a court ruling during trial; otherwise trials would get endlessly interrupted and appellate courts would see a huge increase in work load. So generally, you have to appeal after trial. There are a few exceptions, but my guess is that denial of a mistrial motion is not one of them.

I called the white house press office about the POTUS schedule Twitter accts.

They said they do not publish the presidents schedule for security reasons. Anything that is announced ahead of time would come from the press office and then ayone can put that on Twitter

Tom Cruise, American Made movie about Barry Seal running drugs from South America via airplane. He started out taking pictures for CIA and grew from there. It was entertaining and though Cruise made Seal sympathetic and funny, I don’t think the real guy was so engaging. One scene had the Arkansas woman AG or something about to get Seal but Governor Clinton called and she was angry but had to let him go. Not such a big secret anymore I guess.
