Think WRAY (yesterday).
Think [RR] (today).
Comms understood?
Do you believe in coincidences?
The Oracle is embarrassed to say that he did not achieve complete understanding of this Q post. Apparently there was a Wray news conference yesterday that Q is referencing. And I am unaware of what [RR] did today.
I found links to what Wray said a few days ago but have not yet found what [RR] said.

FBI Director Christopher Wrays Statement at Press Briefing on Election Security
thanks. you really need to read the OIG report.
Freegards.
If Wray said something other than prepared remarks, I have not found it (yet).
FBI Director Christopher Wrays Statement at Press Briefing on Election Security
August 2, 2018
FBI Director Christopher Wray issued the following statement during a press briefing at the White House with National Security Advisor John Bolton, Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats, Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen, and Director of the National Security Agency General Paul Nakasone. (Remarks prepared for delivery.)
Good afternoon.
Last fall, shortly after I became Director, we established a new Foreign Influence Task Force to identify and counteract the full range of malign foreign influence operations targeting our democratic institutions and our values. The task force now brings together the FBIs expertise across the waterfrontcounterintelligence, cyber, criminal, and even counterterrorismto root out and respond to foreign influence operations.
For their part, our adversaries influence operations have encompassed a wide range of activities. A few examples include:
Targeting U.S. officials and other U.S. persons through traditional intelligence tradecraft
Criminal efforts to suppress voting and provide illegal campaign financing
Cyber attacks against voting infrastructure, along with computer intrusions targeting elected officials and others
And a whole slew of other kinds of influence, like both overtly and covertly manipulating news stories, spreading disinformation, leveraging economic resources, and escalating divisive issues.
But this isnt just an election-cycle threat. Our adversaries are trying to undermine our country on a persistent and regular basis, whether its election season or not.
Theres a clear distinction between activities that threaten the security and integrity of our election systems, and the broader threat from influence operations designed to influence voters.
With our partners, were working to counter both threats. We have three pillars to our operational strategy.
The first pillar is our investigations and operations.
I cant describe the full extent of our efforts because of important operational sensitivities. But our Foreign Influence Task Force works with FBI personnel in all 56 of our field offices. And, even as we speak, weve got open investigations with a foreign influence nexus spanning FBI field offices across the country. Make no mistakethe scope of this foreign influence threat is both broad and deep.
Second, were focused on information and intelligence-sharing.
Were working closely with our partners in the Intelligence Community and in the federal government, as well as with our state and local partners, to establish a common operating picture.
Last week, just as an example, we disseminated a list of foreign influence indicatorsthings like malicious cyber activity, social media abnormalities, and foreign propaganda activitiesto our state and local law enforcement partners across the country.
Well continue marshaling additional eyes and ears in this fight. And were also working with our international partners to exchange intelligence and strategies for combating what is a shared threat.
The third pillar of our approach is based on our strong relationships with the private sector.
Technology companies have a front-line responsibility to secure their own networks, products, and platforms. But were doing our part by providing actionable intelligence to better enable them to address abuse of their platforms by foreign actors. This year, weve met with top social media and technology companies several times. Weve given them classified briefings, and weve shared specific threat indicators and account information, so they can better monitor their own platforms.
Its going to take all of us working together to hold the field, because this threat is not going away.
As Ive said consistently, Russia attempted to interfere with the last election, and it continues to engage in malign influence operations to this day. This is a threat we need to take extremely seriously and respond to with fierce determination and focus. And together, Im confident we can protect the integrity of our democratic institutions and maintain public confidence in our electoral process.
Kate the Konnected.
Maybe Wray said something else that Q is referring to?
IMHO this “foreign influence” threat may very well be also a cover for internal election corruption including all manner of voting fraud (by Dems of course).
“But this isnt just an election-cycle threat. Our adversaries are trying to undermine our country on a persistent and regular basis, whether its election season or not.”
Editor’s note: And they have been doing this for 70 years.
Carry on Wray...

So they are going after the Clinton Foundation /s
Mark
And bribery and influence peddling, right? /s/
Well, whether or not she was actually one of the DS's "insurance policies," she is no longer flying low enough to be undetectable by radar.
Okay, did a search on statements made by [RR] recently, this is all I can come up with, links and titles only as it’s long and people hopefully won’t mind clicking the links. One article about it and one copy of speech.

Avoiding Controversy, Rosenstein Defends Rule of Law in ABA Speech
If he wanted to make a direct statement on the controversy surrounding his position as deputy attorney general, Rod Rosenstein left it for others to insinuate as he offered a general defense of the U.S. rule of law.

Q
The Wray statements were on Aug 2, but the [RR] statements were not “today” ie Aug 3, but also Aug.2. I will try to find any [RR] statements from Aug. 3 now. Nope, can find nothing said by [RR] Aug.3, only the speech on Aug. 2.
hmm 1812 isn't that the song with the cannons? but I digress
Rod Rosenstein says he doing what the "Oath of office obligates us to do." Then why has he:
-Failed to comply with Congressional requests and subpoenas
-Been caught hiding information from Congress
-And, according to media reports, threatened staff on the House Intel committee
Q refereed to the oath of office in Q post 1698
I [name] do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support
and defend the Constitution of the United States against
all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true
faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this
obligation freely, without any mental reservation or
purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully
discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to
enter. So help me God.

Q
I have read, I think from LS, that the RNC is gradually becoming pro-Trump. I guess never Trumpers are being thinned out.
My view of Q saying “What a wonderful day” is that things are working well according to plan and it is Q’s joy and ebullience that cause him to say that.
I could be 188% wrong, of course.
I think some are decent Freepers who have swallowed the purple koolaid. And some are distributors of purple koolaid.
"The most important thing to know is President Trump has continually made very clear that the RNC is his political arm and he has put his faith in the RNC as the entity that he works with to elect Republicans," RNC Chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel wrote in an email to party contributors, according to Politico.
The Koch network held their bi-annual retreat in Colorado last week where Koch representatives criticized the Trump administration and hinted they may support Democratic candidates over Republicans they believe demonstrate "inconsistent" values.
