Possibly, but I think it would take some serious research to place Winthrop Rockefeller at the location of Bill Clinton’s conception in Arkansas around the middle of November, 1945.
Rockefeller saw considerable action in the south Pacific, including participating in the Battle of Guam and the invasion of Okinawa (April 1 to June 22, 1945) where he suffered burns when his transport was hit by a kamikaze.
It is reported that he moved to Arkansas in 1953 and first ran for Governor unsuccessfully in 1964.
