Absolutely NO MSM curiosity as to why the FBI agreed to NOT inspect the DNC server.

The DNC hired Imran Awan and guess what happened next ,LOL

I cannot see how chain of evidence would stand up in court.
The computers were never in FBI custody and never validated by the GVT (FBI).
What is the exact basis for proving the hack?

There absolutely was no hack.
It was a garden variety spam -fishing email. John Podestas G-mail password was 123. All of this was hashed out in detail way back.
Interesting they are bringing it up again, it must be to do with whatever convoluted fantasy narrative they are currently fabricating.

Quickie Summary of FBI Investigation of DNC Hacking

and no mention of course of the Aswan brothers ... but then the whole of the Russia Russia thing is just a cover up of what really happened.
So a bunch of GRU operatives hacked something in the US - but if a bunch of CIA operatives hacked something in Russia would that be news?

Where did Mueller get the evidence the 12 Russians he indicted actually hacked these Computers when the FBI has NEVER SEEN OR EXAMINED THEM????

Let's just guess that the FBI/CIA actually managed to compromise Russian computers to get the information in the indictment. That makes it all far worse since, if anybody ever gets captured and brought to trial, he'll be able to get full discovery of highly sensitive sources and methods. Even absent such a trial, if the information was obtained from Russian sources, the indictment is the near equivalent of somebody blowing the Ultra Secret in WW II to win domestic political points. IOW the indictment is, itself, treason because it gives aid and comfort to the enemy by disclosing vital information. After all, if the Russian government was involved, as alleged, the indictment tells a detailed story from which their counter intelligence people can work backward to see what was compromised and how, so Mueller has just given away some of our crown jewels.

What is the exact basis for proving the hack? There will never be a trial. The Russian guys are never coming to the USA to face charges, period. This indictment is for headlines only. He doesn't have to prove anything.

One Question. Why were the Russian hackers so sloppy. From what I understand they are much better at undetected hacking but yet they left their grimy fingerprints all over it. Does Russia have a deep state as well? Is someone trying to embarrass Putin? Many more questions than answers.

The founder of Crowdstrike, and their key technology person is Dmitri Alperovitch, born in Russia.
So the DNC has a company led by a Russian guy look into who hacked their computer...
More popcorn please.
To: PJ-Comix
Or why if the indictment is correct, the feds arrested, convicted, and imprisoned Marcel Lazăr Lehel, known as Guccifer, for doing what they now say the Russian military guys did.
Shouldn't they free Lehel, since now they are saying somebody else hacked Podesta's email account?
To: where's_the_Outrage?
What is the exact basis for proving the hack? Mueller, Rosenstein, and their pals needed something to divert attention away from Stozk's testimony. They have no evidence, unless they have it from their own spying and NSA intercepts.

Apart from the very real risks you mentioned, Mueller and Rosenstein's attempts to cover up their own spying on Trump raise new issues in international law. If it really is a crime for uniformed military personnel to gather intelligence data in another nation from their own country, then our own military personnel doing the same thing could become subject to international legal claims regarding what they do.
As of now nations don't indict the uniformed military personnel of other nations for their official actions. That is a very important international legal norm.
To: DanielRedfoot
You're absolutely right...It was not hacked....Podesta passed out the key to every idiot who wanted to peak.
I'm not sure how it even becomes a crime.
To: eyeamok
As the DNC was, why was the RNC and its associated candidates NOT compromised by the Russians.
Answer: Know your enemy. As, like most, they were SURE Hillary would win, no need to hack RNC.
