I'll have to find the doc, but the gist was that Ukraine was to disarm and give the nukes to the Russians with the promise that America will protect Ukraine. Bozo (as a senator in 2006) and noname were present during this occurance. When Russia grabbed Crimea, US did not keep her word to Ukraine.

If there's one branch of the Federal Government which has no pity nor mercy, and is (by Supreme Court precedent) almost totally immune from accountabillity, it's the IRS. And they want their money.
