This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner.

This Q crap was almost certainly devised by some pro-Putin, pro-Russia group in order to give democrats (who are the real Russia colluders) ammo to go after those who bring up the fact, as if it’s all tied together. ie, people who believe democrats colluded with Russia = people who (rightfully) view Russia as a threat = people who believe prominent democrats are (genuine) Satanists involved in child sex slave operations.

Yet, Q now shows us that the “4-Boom agreement” was already written before the summit. Speculation can be made whether Kim and POTUS discussed and agreed to it prior to 6/12 (or, possibly had even signed it?)

Donald Trump thinks in terms of business negotiations. Think contract law and contractual practice. Signature commitment, consideration, (down payment, show of good faith) and date for delivery of goods.

Unlike Obama and all previous "negotators, Donald Trump assumed the other side of the desk-the buyer of the goods. Obama, others were all sellers (think bribes, payments for performance)

Of course it was all signed before Trump appeared for meeting with Kim. His business ethic and rules of contracts would not allow him to do otherwise. What was consideration? Reality is that Ryan is still the boss in the House. He steers legislation through there, pushes it on up, OR he can drag his feet on something and simply squash it.

Despite him being a lame duck at this moment, there’s still a matter of optics...Ryan would just look better to the normies than Steve Scalise.

Speculation is that Ryan is not running again because of some “things”. More speculation is that Ryan will be given a pass on those “things” if he does what Trump wants, then Ryan can go on his way without much coming to light.

I don;t see this as a fight between ARM and full house, just a comparison of their relative power and effectiveness.

If ARM calls for, by example, declassification, that call has a certain amount of power. If the full house calls for the same thing, that call has more power.

Ryan would be an obstacle if he blocked the question from coming before the full house, or in the alternative, he would be an initiating or facilitating agent.

Regarding meaning of ARM ...

Sorry if it's been solved, but I'm barely up and trying to catch up on overnight posts. I was puzzled, like others about the meaning of ARM, and I think I found it.

ARM = Approved Reporting Mechanisms

It makes sense to me in both instances where Q used it. On Post #668:
