This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner.

Well, eons ago, when I was a teenager, our civics class taught us that to be eligible for President, you had to have 2 citizen parents and be born on US Soil.

Also, no dual citizenship. So it was plain to me from the git go that he wasn’t eligible. However, I did do a little research too as others debated.

I found a State Department Guidelines for American Citizens whose children were born in Foreign Countries and the guidance for registering them as Citizens.

That document stated that no court had ever determined whether a child born to 2 citizen parents born overseas would be eligible.

Indicating that pregnant women concerned with that issue should be informed to give birth state side.

The only reason Obama was elected, was because he was never held to account for his positions - he got by with platitudes and hope.

His total lack of the Executive Experience needed to run the US Government was also ignored. And then there was the suspicious financial collapse.

The appointment of Robert Mueller violates the Appointments Clause of the Constitution. Mueller is not an inferior appointee, but a principal appointee as understood under our constitutional. His powers are more akin to an United States attorney, not an assistant United States attorney. Moreover, his boss, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, treats him as a principal officer — that is, Mueller is mostly free to conduct his investigation with few limits or restraints. The parameters of his appointment were extraordinarily broad in the first instance, and have only expanded since then. Indeed, Mueller is more powerful than most United States attorneys, all of whom were nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate as principal officers. Furthermore, Rosenstein mostly rubber stamps Mueller’s decisions and is not involved in the regular management and oversight of Mueller to any significant extent, underscoring Mueller’s role not as an inferior officer but a principal officer. As such, Mueller’s appointment violates the Appointments Clause. Mueller would’ve had to be nominated for Senate confirmation like any other principal officer in the Executive Branch. Rosenstein did not have the constitutional power to appoint a principal officer on his own anymore than the President himself does. To do otherwise is to defy the procedure established by the Framers for making such consequential executive appointments. It follows, then, that every subpoena, indictment, and plea agreement involving the Mueller investigation is null and void. Every defendant, suspect, witness, etc., in this matter should challenge the Mueller appointment as a violation of the Appointments Clause.

And yet, they seem to have got away with it. Like the Kennedy assassination, the theories will go on forever. One person sent me a PM saying that neither Barrack Obama Sr. NOR Stanley Ann are his real parents, somone sent me another PM saying he was born in Canada.

One of these theories might be true, but which one? If you muddy the waters enough the official story becomes history, and everything else is put off as a 'conspiracy theory'.

Yeah, they did. One prime reason was the US Supreme Court balked. My Law Librarian friend was still in contact with many of the people she had hired in the Supreme Court law library. They told her that the Justices had them researching like crazy for what they could do. . . but they did not really want to even touch this third rail. So eventually they sent out the word that NO ONE, no matter how much legal standing to challenge BHO, was to be allowed to HAVE STANDING to bring a suit that would ever get anywhere. The Federal Judges were to find a reason to deny standing. That's what happened.

That made it a political problem and Congress also choked. No one in the House of Representatives had the political will to do it either. . . even in the face of egregious unconstitutional acts, no one was wiling to bring articles of impeachment. However, articles of impeachment would have VALIDATED his legality as President when what really needed to have been done was arrest for espionage and sabotage.

Trump was the most famous birther of all, it's disappointing he hasn't used the power of the Presidency to ferret out the truth. That would be a bombshell.

Perhaps he is.

Mueller and Rosenstein are both dirty. No more of this "white hate" or "stealth good guys" anymore. No more "coerced/co-opted good guys."

The President summoned Wray and Rosenstein to the White House for a meeting at 3 pm EST today. I take it they didn't talk about the weather.

There is NO WAY that Q would be talking about removing, firing, or forcing Rosenstein to recuse if he was a White Hate. NO WAY.

Therefore, Rosenstein is dirty, and Mueller is dirty.

He was apparently Comey's direct supervisor as well. It was his duty to make the recommendation about whether Comey be fired or not.
