Footage of police arresting a woman at a Saraland, Alabama, Waffle House shows authorities threatening to break her arm after tackling her to the floor. Chikesia Clemons, who reportedly refused to pay a 50-cent charge on her bill (for plastic utensils), is claiming that excessive force was used and is facing charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

When I was in Nashville running a job, there was a waffle house right by the hotel, so I was often there. I saw a lot of folks open carrying, and I imagine I didn’t see some that were conceal carrying.

I was in a Waffle House in northern GA years ago and saw a man eat his meal without ever taking his cigarette out of his mouth...it was quite impressive.

I wonder what Waffle House is putting in their food lately?
They are all over the South and normally have good food. I have never seen any kind of disruption in them until now. My husband loves eating at them but it’s not my favorite. I’m Southern to the bone but all that greasy fried everything is not for me. The only thing I do like are the waffles.
Huddle House is better IMO.
