So this is justice in 2018 Euromerica?
Jersey........................
He was only a “victim” up to the point at which he entered the other guy’s house. He likely deserves whatever he gets, IMHO.
He made some very bad decisions and broke laws.
I am not defending his wife’s despicable choices, but he could have stopped short of breaking laws.
I’ve no sympathy for the adulterers.
I hope the wronged man get off Scott free.
What really happened.
Regards,
From Bronco Billy:
Antoinette Lilly: Have you ever been married?
Bronco Billy McCoy: Sure. A long time ago.
Antoinette Lilly: Did you love her?
Bronco Billy McCoy: With all my heart. Sometimes that just isn’t enough.
Antoinette Lilly: What happened?
Bronco Billy McCoy: I caught her in bed with my best friend.
Antoinette Lilly: What did you do to him?
Bronco Billy McCoy: I shot her.
Antoinette Lilly: What! What about him?
Bronco Billy McCoy: He was my best friend!
3 losers....anyway you look at it....nothimg new..
This type justice is crazy. A judge should rule this as a frivolous lawsuit. She should sue technology, LOL, not her lawful husband.
Crime of Passion. Leniency.
His lawyer needs to stack the jury with divorced men.
Jury trial - not guilty.
... and where does the charming little wife enter this picture as far as criminality? She lied to her husband and lied to her boss in order to have sex with him.
Oh, wait, this is New Jersey. He goes to prison, she gets the house and half of any other assets. Then, sues her boss for sexual harassment and wins.
Sounds fair to me. /s
In Texas until 1974, a husband who killed a wife and her lover when he caught them in flagrante delicto was not judged a criminal. In fact, the law held that a “reasonable man” would respond to such extreme provocation with acts of violence.
She couldn’t keep her pants on. Problem for women of color.
Husband never injured his unfaithful wife's lover?
More details (and wife's photo wife ) from this link in the article:
"I caught my wife sleeping with her boss and now I might end up in jail"
Give out the prescribed punishment and considered it time served.
You preserve the integrity of the law, and you don’t put a father away because he found out he married a two-timing witch.
People have gotten out of going to prison for killing them both in that situation.
Finding your wife in bed with another man?
Put me on the jury - I won’t vote to convict.
Yes in the good old days were women were considered a husbands property, this guy did the “right thing.”
In today's Femi-Nazi culture of emasculated men, the guy will likely face serious prison time for breaking and entering, filming without consent and other charges.
The cruel fact of modern life is if a wife wants to cheat on her husband, she can and the safest & most legal thing a husband can do is call an attorney and divorce her.
Imagine the charges if the husband had struck the other man or worse (?) yet grabbed his wife and physically dragged her back home against her will? I am sure the charges of spousal abuse would have been the headlines.
It is a sad state of affairs the way today's laws are enforced.
