He was only a “victim” up to the point at which he entered the other guy’s house. He likely deserves whatever he gets, IMHO.
He made some very bad decisions and broke laws.
I am not defending his wife’s despicable choices, but he could have stopped short of breaking laws.
On the flip side, if he was looking at 15 years anyway he should have killed them both.
Yes, you are defending his wife’s adultry.
No, the passive/aggresive rhetorical devices you have learned to use do not in any way mitigate that.
What if he came upon a kidnap and rape? Would he still be charged?
Seems to me it only became crime when it was discovered nothing nefarious was going on.
Then again, I’m suspicious that he set his wife up with a trackable ipad.

What you said. End of story. He could have waited and filmed her as she left the house.
Filming them en flagrante and then SHOWING TO THE FAMILY sounds like a whole lot of crazy was going on both sides.
And if you think I am defending the woman's actions, please point out how.
Totally agree. He could have knocked on the door or rung the doorbell. But breaking in is a crime.
I think your panties are too tight, Felicia...
Agreed. But I think the appropriate charge would have been criminal trespass not burglary.
Tyranny starts when good people support bad laws
I concur.
Unlocked door is NOT breaking and entering. Trespassing at the worst.
Yeah, I get more and more shocked by the idiotic responses on this board.
Any other thread, they’d be yelling, “IF THE OWNER HAD A GUN HE’D BE DEAD!!! AND THAT WOULD BE GOOD!!!!”
Dolts.
He rushed in thinking she was in possible danger, ie; kidnapped.

“Sean Donis said that when he arrived at Lopezs house, the front door was unlocked, and he went inside.” He rang the bell and knocked. His wife was inside so he entered. No breaking. He deserves a medal for exposing the two and not doing more.
