Another report to make women feel uncomfortable about them selves. How many will jump on board this one?
I tried this diet once for two weeks. It definitely works extremely quickly for weight loss, but it would give me a terrible headache everyday so I gave it up.
Keto aka low carb is legit
Ketogenic is essentially Atkins.
P.S. It’s women making other women feel bad. Also, they feel bad because they’re weak mentally.

This diet has been around for decades in one form or another, and it works very well for many people. My husband lost 65 lbs. and has kept it off for several years now.
TV ads have always made me laugh.
They tell the women they smell,they are constipated overweight with yellow teeth and the frigen list goes on.

Easiest diet in the world that actually works.....no carbs no sugar. The weight falls off. I just cant get hubby to stick to it because he doesnt really like veggies and an almost pure meat diet is super expensive. Lol
I’ve started eating low carb, high fat in the past 3 years, lost 15 pounds and have kept it off. If I exercise (walking) it’s even easier to keep it off. My goal was to bring my numbers for diabetes down to where I didn’t have to take the medication anymore. I don’t take the medicine anymore!
And before that, Atkins was the Stillman Water Diet. Yes it works and there is nothing new under the sun.

You weren’t getting enough sodium. Your sodium requirements go up quite a bit on keto and often just extra salting food isn’t enough. When your body can’t enough sodium it can’t manage water in the body, thus leading to headaches from dehydration.

Simple rule for me...outside meat, if it’s brown I leave it alone. When I started sticking to this I was astonished at the super market, you get outside of the fruit/veg/deli area almost every aisle is garbage. It was a whole new way to look at food and this is what a lot of people eat the most.
It’s not a pure-meat diet, unless it’s high-fat meat.
Other good elements are eggs, cheese, sour cream, butter, bacon, peanuts.
I ate nothing but spinach and cucumber + Kale juice for 30 days and lost 37 and a half pounds. That was a year ago and only gained 7 pounds of that back.
