Consider neutral-themed parties such as a winter celebration, the handout read. Decorations, music, and food should be general and not specific to any one religion.
It was part of a Deans Dialogues Religious Diversity and Holidays event within the College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences earlier this month, and was first reported on by the Intellectual Takeout.
Our religious/spiritual beliefs and practices can play a key role in our identity but can be off limits for discussion especially in public spaces, part of the events description read.

University Of Minnesota Bans Christmas In The Name Of Inclusivity, Tells Professors To Report Inappropriate Religious Celebrations In Your Work Or Learning Environment
I’m sure this also goes for Ramadan, Eid, Diwali, Hannukah... or just Easter?
That’s the latest news from Lake Woe-Be-Here.
We were in Minneapolis this past weekend for a wedding. The entire city is almost entirely devoid of any Christmas decorations. It was really weird. Even weirder was the huge number of hijabs and some entire burkas. I haven’t been to Minneapolis in 20 years. It felt more like Amsterdam than the Minneapolis I knew.

I love this arguement.
How many of the self righteous have Christmas lights on their houses and a Christmas tree in their living rooms?
Celebration makes you a hypocrite.
Be a shut in.
Order pizza in.
Get duck.
Buy know one anything. Expect nothing.
Turn off your phone.
Does the University of Minnesota have Monday, Dec. 25 off? And what is the reason? What is the name of the holiday?
The Muzzies already own Minnesota.
Owe no one anything
Does anyone remember that "holidays" comes from "holy days"?
Hopefully, students of intelligence will tell the university to shove it up their collective Obamaholes.
What about butts up for islam?
I was not aware that a government-funded institution could restrict free expression of religion
I graduated there in 2005. Not surprised.
String up the liberals on campus. This includes the “students,” moonbat “professors,” and retarded “administrators.”
They can be the decorations on the Christmas trees.
Hey Dean, I got your diversity right here on my hip. It is going to come to that soon.
