Harvey Weinstein could be heading to prison. The New York Police Department said on Thursday that the embattled movie mogul is the subject of a newly opened investigation following an incident in 2004 when he allegedly forced a college student to perform oral sex on him at his Manhattan office. Lucia Evans (nee Stoller) told The New Yorker that the summer before her senior year, Weinstein met her at a club and asked her to come in for a meeting at his office.

The article states that there is no statute of limitations for sexual assault in the state of New York.
Not in cases involving an adult victim. Has it been removed in cases of sexual abuse of a child? Last I knew it had not.

I am sure there were willing participants. I have no doubt he used pressure to say give me a BJ if you want to be famous..and they did so willingly. Not saying all the allegations are like that..just that I bet there were some willing participants.

Hopefully more of the Hollyweird slime stories come out and expose the industry for what it really is.
There are an extremely limited number of movie and television spots for actresses and actors whereas there is a huge supply of beautiful young people hoping to make it big. Talent cuts the numbers down some but the pool is still very large. It’s completely obvious how the selection process plays out.
BTW, it is so odd that Woody Allen’s purported son is behind the face of the downfall of Weinstein

Because he subjugated people, we must now remove all references, honors, whatever to him. All Oscars replaced, all references, nominations, credits, everything must go.
