A passenger aboard a recent Jet2 flight from Spain to England saw something no traveler ever wants to see on a plane: a beer in the cockpit.
Steve Lewis, of Northamptonshire, England, says he was shocked upon landing at Birmingham airport and seeing a can of Stella Artois sitting between the pilots.
The plane had landed and the seatbelt light came on. I stood up to get my suitcase and as I did the cockpit door opened and I noticed the can, said Lewis, according to The Metro. I turned to my partner Steven, who didnt believe me at first, but then he noticed you could clearly see the Stella

So that’s where I left it
At least there are no jihadists flying that plane.
So the world is now full of scolds, busybodies, virtue signalers, SJWs and snowflakes?
The shot glass is to the left of the beer can hidden by that guy’s arm.
Yikes and lulz...The two Steves..
At least they’re drinking quality beer.
A shot or two relaxes and loosens you up to where you fly better.

Obviously they didn’t have anyone that could mix Old Fashioneds...
True. But has any pilot ever drunk that little?
“I’m only using the empty can for my Carbonated Cucumber Water from Switzerland. Okay? The can is meant to be ‘ironic’. Yeah that’s it. Ironic.”
guys are or ladies leg?
My uncle was a B-17 captain.
After the war, he found flying transports boring with no 88 shells exploding around his plane, so he and his co-pilots would roll empty beer cans, from a bag of empties they brought into the cockpit, down the aisle when they were climbing.
But not during VIP runs.
Not many of the ones I’ve known.
Wonder if the electronics under that panel is important to the flight of the jet? Just asking in case the can tips over during turbulence.
Should ah had a Becks Stella shorts its bottles not sure of the cans
Just landed, end of day, waiting for the nutjobs to leave the plane so they can get really relaxed. Notice it is sitting on a napkin. Oh, and it’s not opened. And the person sitting on the left is a woman (captain). And there’s more to it than what appears.
It also increases your chance of surviving a crash!
