WASHINGTON Paul J. Manafort was in bed early one morning in July when federal agents bearing a search warrant picked the lock on his front door and raided his Virginia home. They took binders stuffed with documents and copied his computer files, looking for evidence that Mr. Manafort, President Trumps former campaign chairman, set up secret offshore bank accounts. They even photographed the expensive suits in his closet.
The special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, then followed the house search with a warning: His prosecutors told Mr. Manafort they planned to indict him, said two people close to the investigation.
The moves against Mr. Manafort are just a glimpse of the aggressive tactics used by Mr. Mueller and his team of prosecutors in the four months since taking over the Justice Departments investigation into Russias attempts to disrupt last years election, according to lawyers, witnesses and American officials who have described the approach. Dispensing with the plodding pace typical of many white-collar investigations, Mr. Muellers team has used what some describe as shock-and-awe tactics to intimidate witnesses and potential targets of the inquiry.
Mr. Mueller has obtained a flurry of subpoenas to compel witnesses to testify before a grand jury, lawyers and witnesses say, sometimes before his prosecutors have taken the customary first step of interviewing them. One witness was called before the grand jury less than a month after his name surfaced in news accounts. The special counsel even took the unusual step of obtaining a subpoena for one of Mr. Manaforts former lawyers, claiming an exception to the rule that shields attorney-client discussions from scrutiny.

There’s nothing in the page to which you’ve linked that says anything about indictments.
Sessions said he would recuse himself re Hillary during his confirmation hearings. The guy who should be going after Hillary is Rosenstein.
Destroying innocent people in the pursuit of headlines is what Mueller does best. Look up what happened to Steven Hatfill and Kenneth Berry in the Amerithrax investigation. Ashcroft was culpable in that one too.
Actually it’s an art form in the FBI, going back to Hoover.
A defense lawyer that is very experienced in how the Feds work joined the legal firm we have used for years. They had a reception party for him and I attended mostly out of curiosity. He gave a short talk about what skills and experience he brought to the firm. His advice - never, ever, never talk to the Feds without council present AND he preferred that all questions from the Feds be in writing and all response be written also. Seems like good advice. Martha Stewart was unavailable for comment.
It’s like they’re all Hillary Clinton during Watergate who wanted to throw away any and all laws to get Nixon. She was fired for that, as everyone of these assholes should be.
It was great that sessions was such a southern gentleman and recused himself. Too bad we didn’t have a non gentleman like Rudy Giuliani there.
Still true.....
Yet the Obama administration swore up, down, and sideways they were not, under any circumstances stances wiretapping anyone in the Trump campaign yet here they were wiretapping the Trump campaign manager during the time he was manager! In fact, it started when he became part of the Trump campaign and continued through his tenure as manager and extended for months afterwards.
Could you imagine what would happen if we had one honest person in the Justice Dept. look into just about any aspect of the clinton foundation? Lucky for the swamp they have sessions and his fellow corrupt travelers.
Mueller will go down just as soon as Trump’s people can find an honest judge to sign the order.

Certainly, appears to be the situation.
Can you please point to the article that states Manafort is indicted. And I am not talking about the one that’s talking about threat of an indictment. Not nice to spread false rumours.
I don’t think so. Manafort is not stupid and Trump went into this knowing he would be targeted. Manafort won’t bend because there’s dirt on Mueller. The problem is that Mueller is using this to make Clinton people rich at the expense of Trump people.
Sessions needs to set a deadline for this trial to end - put up, or shut up.
Mueller has the protection of The Mob (The Democrats and the Media). If he hints at something, it becomes front page news. If he was wrong, it gets covered up.
That makes him dangerous because anything he finds gets blown into a scandal.
They’re realizing they don’t have this power anymore though. They tried to apply criminality through insinuation and it’s failed. They have nothing because the hacks are actually leaks. Now they’re trying to shift to Facebook ads. It’s a joke.
They seem desperate. Would not want the tards swinning at me.
All this time and still no evidence of wrongdoing.
With a Picked Lock and a Threatened Indictment, Muellers Inquiry Sets a Tone>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
The “Star Chamber” of liberal fascism begins. Mueller needs to be dismissed. PRONTO!
Talk about over-reach!
