Just drive down to the ATM or go in the branch.
Shut your computer down and restart it.
You mean windows explorer? Don’t use it. Problem solved.

You mean windows internet explorer? Don’t use it. Problem solved.
Flush your cache.
Put in the following command on your computer search box
shutdown -r -t 05
The command above will reboot your computer and should flush your cache. If that does not work, in Firefox, go to “Help” tab at the top, left click on “Troubleshooting Information”, and left click “Refresh Firefox”.
Be sure to not restore previous sessions. Start fresh. You will have to reassign your home page, and go get your Add ons again like AdBlock Plus.
You can’t use IE anymore
Windows version?
Is it Firefox or some other browser that returns the message?
Is your bank website down for maintenance?

Try a reboot of the computer.
Post your bank username and password and I'll give it a try.
As have many of the residents of Detroit, Philly, Newark, the South Side of Chicago, Atlanta, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and most of Los Angeles.
If your IE is too old/not patched, the bank may be refusing connections with it.
Your Firefox sounds solid, though.
They may be updating their system at the bank.
Call them..................
Hey buddy! DO NOT use that computer until you become familiar with how to secure it. Especially for banking! (Unless you have no money or credit, of course.:)
Step one: Update virus prog and run completely. See if it finds anything. Restart.
Step 2: Go to piriform.com and get Ccleaner. Update and run every day. (This is the front door)(First time run, it will find hundreds of tracking cookies and some malware) Press continue. Restart.
Step 3: go to superantispyware.com and get free trial. run, update and obey. Restart.
That MAY get you back on your feet again, but no guarantees.
You’re welcome! Restart.
Step 4: These are only the basics. Stop back in for more. Good Luck! More tips cost two dollars each. :)
I use IE for most everything. Tried an online order to Hobby Lobby last week, and it would not get past “shipping info”. After the HL people said everything was working on their end, I tried it on Microsoft Edge (which I hate, and use only very rarely), and I was able to get my order in.
One idea to try...
What is your user name/password . . . I’ll see what I can do.
I really don't see a problem here. Given Mozilla's sometimes annoying adherence to HTML standards and security (also assuming you have some selective addons in place), IMO FIrefox is the preferred browser over IE.
“Windows has quit working....”
I too plan to “quit working”. I will become a muzzie trans-sexual SJW on the public dole, thus gaining the adoring respect of Government, Media, Academia and Korporate Amerika, including the entire population under the age of 50. Wish me luck. Please.
Windows problem, Linux Mint solution.
Your bank might be one of the Windows ‘earlier systems’ that Microsoft is no longer supporting, and the bank itself is in the middle of switching software.
Maybe your bank account is empty.
Give us your account information and we can help fill it up for you.
