I've always wondered about the origins and meanings (if any) behind others Freeper handles. Its a quiet Sunday morning, so I thought it would be an interesting topic to start the day.

I used the name diapason because I’m an organist. The diapason is what one might call the foundation stop of an organ.

Picked the name of Bushbacker, to show support for W in '04, but it was already taken. So, I tried Bushbacker1 and it took. Stayed with that name until I became so disgusted with all things Bush earlier this year. At that time I requested from JimRob a name change. Granted!

Road Warrior '04 was what I picked, harkening back to my start date and honoring all of the road trips with fellow Freepers Seekthetruth, MinuteGal, Gonzo (RIP), roaddog727 (RIP), Matchett-PI, 3D-JOY, M Kehoe and many more! What a great bunch!

My earliest American ancestor is traced to the Jamestown colony. When I signed up here, I had forgotten the specific year, and all the records were in a stored box from my last move (still are).

I don’t think I’ll change it, even if I find out it’s wrong; 1630 seems to have been a good time for Jamestown.

When I was forty years old, I was in an executive management position that required great negotiating skills. I was real lucky because I had great boss and a consultant friend, both who had the gift of effective negotiators. So....I shut my mouth listened, watched and learned from these two great gents, both successful, “Strategic Thinkers”.

Lo & Behold, I actually got quite good at that game!!! The “sly fox” type identity seemed fitting. Learned to identify the players and non-players in the game quite quickly...lucky for me!!!

I came over here in 1983 with lots of expectations ! Today looks like living in twilight zone without any rules for law and order spearheaded by the ASS-CLOWNS to the very left !!!

How can it be fixed ???
