While Colin Kaepernick awaits an offer thats unlikely to come to rejoin the NFL, could he take his fight from the court of public opinion to a court of law? The NFL is under no legal requirement to employ Kaepernick. No judge could compel a team to sign him. But the quarterback, who has been passed over repeatedly for jobs this offseason jobs that have gone to far less accomplished passers could potentially sue the league.

'History!' Kaepernick wrote on Instagram Oct. 15 [2015], when he marked 50 years since the Black Panther Party was founded.
Kaepernick has posted 170 photos or videos on his Instagram account in the four years since he created it. Most of his first 128 posts were pics of him in football gear, publicity photos or shots taken with friends.
But 31 of his last 42 posts have strong social justice connotations, often featuring quotes from radical Nation of Islam leader Malcolm X, Black Panthers founder Huey Newton and cop killer Assata Shakur. [aka, JoAnne Chesimard]
During a Sunday news conference about the flag flap, Kaepernick dressed in a black hat with a large, white X and a T-shirt that featured photos of Cuban despot Fidel Castro and Malcolm X.

From the Maoist Internationist Movement:
[1960s/original] Black Panther Party [BPP] Archives
From the article: REVOLUTIONARY HEROES
"On May 1st, May Day [1969], the day of the gigantic Free Huey rally, two of Alioto's top executioners vamped on the brothers from the Brown Community who were attending to their own affairs. These brothers, who are endowed with the revolutionary spirit of the Black Panther Party defended themselves from the racist pig gestapo [the police].
Pig Joseph Brodnik received his just reward with a big hole in the chest. Pig Paul McGoran got his in the mouth which was not quite enough to off him.
The revolutionary brothers escaped the huge swarm of pigs with dogs, mace, tanks and helicopters, proving once again that "the spirit of the people is greater than the man's technology."
To these brothers the revolutionary people of racist America want to say, by your revolutionary deed you are heroes, and that you are always welcome to our camp."

Is this satire?
Bkmrk
Is he? He's on the team's payroll, suited up, when he's embarrassing them and dishonoring many fans. I cannot figure out why he and his partners in idiocy weren't told to stay in the locker room if they weren't going to respect the flag and the national anthem.
Even that would've been way too kind.
Who dreams up this crap? what kind of drugs are they on that would make them think this way?
“Frankly I have been avoiding him for 2 years already. And I am sure I am not alone.”
Yet you read and posted on on a thread about person you claim to be avoiding I think you are full of it
Self-destruction. For all to see. Sad in a way. He could have had a football career
George Blanda ... Snake Stabler ... Fran Tarkenton ...
Fidel Castro and Malcolm X
Exactly.
I have not looked at anything on ESPN or clicked on their web site in 2 years.
Tell them to sue me.
The CFL season is underway. He’s late to that party if he wants to go that route.
May I join your “Class Action” lawsuit?
How about a parallel lawsuit against the NBA?
“Why hasnt ESPN hired him?”
Because he probably isn’t gay. I heard from one of the radio jocks why no one is hiring him. They said with what he did last season he clearly isn’t fully committed to football. Teams don’t want to take on the financial risk of having a player who may or may not quit during the season.
Oh, as far as your comment on ESPN, ding ding ding, you win the Internet.
Washington Redskins cornerback Darrell Green was running in the NFL Fastest Man competition when he was almost 40. I saw a story where he went out and ran a 4.43-second 40-yard dash on his 50th birthday!
Me too! I'm 59 years old and for 39 years the NFL has failed to sign me. That's NOT FAIR!
An NFL game is not much more than scattered highlight clips sprinkled in among an advertising marathon. I find it unwatchable.
ROTFLMAO!
Answer: No
Any business hires team members not individuals.
