You forgot my personal favorite “paradigm shift”
Take it offline
Happy path
From the late 90s: “Your call is very important to me...”
Didn’t see “Reach out” during my quick scan of the list.
I absolutely abhor that one.
“We need to ‘touch base’.”
In Flight

Both of these apply when they are used out of context.

51. Not having enough bandwidth to complete the project
“Reach out” is horrible! Makes me cringe and want to slap someone every time.
I think most of those phrases are highly useful. Sure, styles change, but if they do their job communicating a thought or idea succinctly, that is a good thing.
I know what a guy means when he uses the phrase “paradigm shift”. And it takes a lot more words to communicate the same thought without using those two.
The single phrase that annoys me is “robust”, if only because it is overused. i.e. it is used where it does not really apply. It’s become a sort of marketing term.
“On boarding”
Team player!!!!!!!
I hate ‘proactive’.....................
‘Opportunity’
“shoot me/you an email”

But as a Business Analyst, I use the phrase “scope creep” all the time. Usually I’ll say, as someone wants to add functionality after the development phase has begun, “that sounds kinda scope creepy.” “Scope Creep” communicates a clear position.
