If you voted for Donald Trump, you may not feel welcomed at Grubhub.
The CEO of Grubhub, an online food delivery service, sent a company wide email Wednesday suggesting employees who agree with President-elect Donald Trumps behaviors and his campaign rhetoric should resign.

Yup.
Check the facts. Was anyone fired for “thinking wrong?”
Hostile work environment via discrimination. Check it out.
What ‘unsavory rhetoric’?? All those accusations are lies, not Trump’s views.
And I guarantee anyone found to have voted for or now support Trump and anything he does, will be fired - even if they have to make up a reason.
//the message of the email is that we do not tolerate discriminatory activity or hateful commentary in the workplace,//
Then he should resign since that is exactly what he did.
I can say unequivocally that I will NEVER use this company for anything ... but if a few of his smarter employees (the ones who voted Trump and have the integrity to tell him to take the job and shove it —there was a song of that name) would start a competitor to his game, I would gladly use their services!
In any public restaurant, an employee is not a liberty to speak their mind over anything without risking their job. That’s all I’m saying.
I think the CEO and employees will get the point.

The comments are NOT nice toward the company.
“prohibit them from adopting Trumps more unsavory rhetoric, “
And learned one, to what “unsavory rhetoric” are you exactly referring (be specific). Did you vote for Trump or Hillary?
Judgement call on that. Thinking within a station in life where you are given publicly to serve others. It would be a bummer to sit at table in a restaurant and hear the servers elaborate on their political views in the first place. By "unsavory" I mean in the context of serving food in a restaurant, not in the context of campaigning for President, or talking on a bus.
Dear child, “Grab them by the pussy.” There are certain conditions where you don’t say that and then demand to be employed.
“Grubhubs leadership team has worked for years to create a culture of support and inclusiveness. I firmly believe that we must bring together different perspectives to continue innovating.”
Whenever I read Gobble-de-gook like that I come away with one thought: “We will TAKE what ideas we can STEAL from the Conservatives among us, apply them and benefit from their ideas while we continue to spout our Socialist nonsense on the side.”
I called GrubHub and tried to send pizza to President Elect Donald Trump at Trump Tower in NYC.

The gal wouldn’t take the order. She said I’d have to put in an order - with a credit card - over the web.
“Hostile work environment?” Hello snowflakes!
Hey troll, I guess you don’t know anything about this company. It’s NOT a restaurant but a delivery service! Your comments about a restaurant are not appropriate.
Whether a delivery service or a restaurant, the same holds. The owner is free to hold his employees to standards he sees fit. Deal with it.
Oh, the irony!
I also learned today that New Balance supported Trump and they’re catching grief for it. I know what brand shoe I am buying next time. Not surprising as they are the last sneaker company that still manufactures in the USA!
Somehow I'll bet he and the other shareholders wouldn't like it at all.
